Bar none the best experience I've had in downtown Houston. Incredible staff and attention to every detail. Amazing food at Lucienne. Immaculately clean and well-kept. Especially impressed with the true hospitality I experienced with Jean-Pierre Salazar along with the rest of the outstanding management team. If you're looking for a top notch, more than a hotel experience, Hotel Alessandra is the place to be. Mallory O. 2019-04-15
How cute is this hotel! I was in houston on business and the company put us up here. I was so pleasantly surprised at how spacious the room was. I thought I could do cartwheels in there.
I can't speak to the restaurant or pool or gym because I didn't have time for them. Although my coworker did have great things to say about the gym, especially the size.
I did have some drinks and snacks at the lobby bar which were tasty! The staff around the hotel was always kind and polite. The door men always made sure to open doors and were helpful! Lucy F. 2019-05-16
've been writing a lot of (well-deserved) 5-star reviews lately... and Hotel Alessandra is a fitting choice to add to this list. I recently stayed 3 nights here and had a phenomenal experience.
For starters, there is its prime location in the heart of downtown Houston. There are plenty of top notch bars, restaurants and local businesses to explore easily within walking distance or just a short Lyft ride away. Secondly, there's the impeccable hospitality. From the baggage assistance, to the front desk, to the restaurant and bar, the staff helped make it a memorable stay. Each time that I passed the lobby, I was pleasantly greeted and offered a bottle of water by the bell hop or valet attendant. The rooms were comfortable and offered a brilliant view of the Houston skyline, and both the pool and gym were clean and inviting.
For the quality you get, the rates are pretty fair and reasonable. Because of this recent experience, Hotel Alessandra remain a top choice for my future stays in the area. Helina M. 2018-12-05
