I think I mentioned to you that we were having issues with our downstairs A/C unit and wanted to get it fixed before the baby arrives (3 weeks!). Chris met me at the house this morning and was awesome. He was so friendly and willing to explain (multiple times!) what the problem was and the various options to fix it. We agreed on a quick fix to get us through the next few weeks, but will definitely want to replace the coil and compressor creating the issue once I’m on maternity leave. I was really impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge Chris had, and really appreciated his patience in answering my questions and my husband’s questions. We will set up an appointment in the next few weeks to complete the upgrade to the system.
